Seniors, Herff-Jones will be here TODAY during lunches to take orders for graduation items.

AHS students if you are interested in playing Ice Hockey: Trine will be in the commons during lunches TODAY. Stop by their table to get information.

The Junior class sponsored Halloween Dance has been cancelled for November 4th. There is no make-up date for the dance.

Current National Honor Society members, your $10 are due to Mrs. Tuttle or Mrs. Ross TODAY!

Impact students: Class at Impact is in session next week and the bus will run. You are expected to ride the bus and attend each day. Missed days will be counted in your 8 days of attendance.

The AHS choirs are selling Legendary Pies! Ask about prices and flavors you may want to buy. Students are fundraising to travel and perform in Chicago this spring. Make sure you are able to pick up any pies purchased on Tuesday, November 21st before Thanksgiving break. Pick up in AHS commons area after school.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Council is sponsoring the Lumberjack Volleyball game for boys in grades 9-12. There will be a 9-10 game and an 11-12 game. Interested players can pick up registration materials from Mr. Police in Guidance. The cost to play is $15 and teams are limited to 18 players in each grade. Registration deadline is November 3rd.

One week from tomorrow, the Marching Hornets will perform at the Semi-State competition at Decatur Central in Indianapolis. They will be competing with bands across the state for a chance to make it on to State Finals. Good luck, Marching Hornets!"


The Fall Athletic Awards Program is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8th at 6:00 pm. All fall athletes should make plans now to attend!

College Credit Opportunities

Angola High School provides its students with the most comprehensive list of Advanced Placement and dual credit course offerings in Steuben County.   AHS has articulation agreements with Trine University and with Ivy Tech Community College, granting dual credits in ten different courses.  In addition, AHS students may earn additional dual credits by taking courses on campus at Trine University.  Students also may choose from a variety of Advanced Placement courses. Mission Statement

Angola High School is a partnership of staff, students, and community.  Our mission is to provide a comprehensive quality educational program enabling students to become successful lifelong learners and contributors to society.  To assist in this process, Angola High School offers a traditional, seven-period semester schedule.
