Cameron Medical Group will be hosting a sports physical clinic at Angola Middle and High schools for all student athletes for the 2026-27 school year.
Thursday, April 16th
Middle School 8 - 11:30 am | High School 12:30 - 4 pm
$25 (cash, check, or credit card)
